Double curb means two rows of links interlocked along the same axis: the chain is twice as dense as a single curb of the same width, and it does not kink.
Each link face has been filed flat and polished, so the bracelet throws a hard line of light down its length instead of glinting link by link.
The lobster clasp is deliberately large — 14 mm — because a heavy bracelet asks a lot of its catch and because a big trigger can be worked one-handed.
