Description
High-carat gold, worked thin and repoussé from behind, then pierced through the flanks so the body is hollow and much lighter than its bulk suggests.
Two crested heads face outward at the shoulders; a third, smaller, crowns the top. Tiny cabochons — one red, two green — sit in the brow and eyes. They are set flush and slightly uneven, as they were on the piece this was taken from.
The suspension ring is deliberately oversized and left plain against all that ornament. Thread it on cord rather than chain; the ring is wide enough for both.

They talked me out of a more expensive piece because it was wrong for my hand. I have bought twice more since.

Exactly as described. It sits slightly higher on the collarbone than I expected — worth measuring first.

Bought for an anniversary. The finish is far better than anything I was shown in the chain shops at twice the price.

No complaints about the piece itself; delivery took a day longer than the estimate.
