Description
Two continuous lines of tiny beads run the full circumference, one at each edge, and the field between them is dished slightly inward. The effect is that the ring reads as three bands when it is one.
It is built hollow, so it wears far lighter than its width suggests. The trade-off is that it will not take a resize.
The gold has gone slightly brown in the recesses. We keep it that way — cleaning the granule line back to bright takes a brush, and a brush takes the granules.
