Description
Each disc is cut and pierced separately, then stacked on the cord so its face lies against the next. Packed that way the strand bends like a snake and holds whatever shape you set it in.
The colour is the metal’s own — a pink-brown that goes deeper toward the ends where the cone caps sit. It will keep darkening. Copper does.
The two wire hooks at the ends are the original closure and they meet at the nape. Photographed open, which is the only way the strand shows its full length.
