Description
Enamel over gold on every leaf, fired to a soft cream and left slightly translucent so the gold reads through at the edges.
The pearl is claw-set with four fine prongs that disappear into the leaves — from the front it looks unset, which is the effect the design is after.
Berries are carved glass, not pearls, and they are matte where the centre stone is not. Set side by side, that contrast does most of the work.
