Description
Loop-in-loop chain is built by hand from hundreds of small wire rings, each folded and threaded into the two before it. Pull it and it lengthens very slightly, then stops — there is no solder anywhere along the run.
A round medallion breaks the chain toward one end, its mask struck up from behind in repoussé: heavy brows, snakes at the temples, a border of beaded wire and four gold studs.
Ribbed collars finish the chain where it enters the medallion and where it meets the closure, which is a plain hook dropped through a ring.

Exactly as described. It sits slightly higher on the collarbone than I expected — worth measuring first.

They talked me out of a more expensive piece because it was wrong for my hand. I have bought twice more since.

The photographs are honest — it is the same colour of gold in daylight as it is on the page, which I did not expect.

Bought for an anniversary. The finish is far better than anything I was shown in the chain shops at twice the price.

Beautiful piece and the box it arrives in is lovely. Half a star off because I had to email to ask about the chain length.
