Sold as the pair. The wider band is the deeper of the two; both are flat outside and rounded where they meet the finger.
The surface is drawn across with an abrasive by hand rather than machine-polished, so the fine scratches you can see in the photograph are the finish, not damage. They will keep changing.
Silver goes grey in the recesses over a year or two. Left alone it settles; rubbed with a cloth it comes back bright. Either is correct.
