Description
Four wings, each pavé-set in two greens — a bright grass green in the outer row against a paler olive within — so the wing shape stays readable rather than dissolving into one block of colour.
The tail is articulated: a line of green stones in silver collets that flexes at each joint and swings when the wearer moves. That movement is the whole reason a piece like this was made.
Silver-topped gold throughout, with the silver left dark. The pin and its C-catch on the reverse are original and function, but the catch has no safety chain and we would not pin it to a fine knit.
