Description
The two wires run parallel round the wrist and then bend apart at the front to trap the ball between them. Nothing else holds it; the tension in the wire is the mechanism.
Because there is no clasp, it goes on over the hand and the sphere sits wherever gravity leaves it. On a narrow wrist it will drift to the underside.
The ball is polished to a mirror and the wire is not, so the two catch light at different rates as the arm moves.
