Description
The beads are worked in a spiral stitch around nothing at all — there is no core inside the tube, and the structure holds because each row locks the one before it.
Firing has left the colour uneven: turquoise, slate blue and a pale sage all appear within a few millimetres, and the glaze has worn matte on the outer face.
There is no clasp and no join. It goes on over the knuckles, which takes a firm push, and it will not open if the hand swells.
