Description
The strands are not identical: each hangs a little longer than the one above, so the drops fall in seven staggered rows and the whole thing fills the front of the throat rather than sitting in a line.
Down the middle runs a column of flower-shaped settings holding red and green stones with a small pearl between each — the only part of the necklace that is not gold.
It fastens with cord through the two pierced terminals, which is how these were made and how it should stay. The cord can be renewed at the bench.
