Description
The centre stripe is cut on a lathe with a knurling wheel — a fine diagonal cross-hatch that catches light in two directions at once, which is why the middle of each band looks brighter than the edges.
The rails either side are left plain yellow and polished, so there is a hard line where the texture stops. That line is what keeps the pattern from looking like wear.
Matched pair, 4 mm each. The texture will flatten slightly over years of wear and can be recut.
